Brief History

In June 2003 after successfully completing a Marketing Communication degree, Lawrence Lenzi, Managing Director of Innovation Marketing Ltd, spent 12 months gaining experience in the Sales and Marketing industry on a Business Development Programme with associate company The Firm Organisation.

At the end of the 12 months, Lawrence put his knowledge and experience into action and incorporated Innovation Marketing Ltd. With £15,000 in his newly opened Business Account, Lawrence set about Recruiting Field Representatives in Dartford to sell Security Systems in the Kent region. From the outset Innovation Marketing was a storming success, breaking customer acquisition records in their very first year of trading. Within only 18 Months Innovation Marketing was turning over in Excess of £1.3 Million, establishing themselves as a force to be reckoned with in the Direct Sales Industry.

Understanding that National Expansion was imminent in the coming years, Innovation relocated its offices to Old Street in London where it has remained for the last five years. The Innovation Organisation now has quickly expanded to become five independent trading companies, spanning two locations, with four more locations due to open in the next six months.

Over the 7 years of Trading, Innovation has represented several clients representing various sectors to include;

  • Pay TV
  • Insurance
  • Fundraising

Innovation Marketing's ability to be diverse and adapt to sales in different types of Industries has allowed it to thrive during the recession when a lot of other businesses have sadly fallen by the way side. The last five years have seen many accolades for Managing Director Lawrence Lenzi, including winning 'Owner of the Year 2009' and 'Pioneer of the Year 2010' at annual awards hosted by their suppler. In addition Lawrence was given the opportunity to pilot and head up the Insurance Division on behalf of supplier company the Appco Group.

With an extremely strong infrastructure, and proven success in sales and business development mentoring, Innovation Marketing has a big goal for the future; to grow to 50 companies spanning five countries by 2015. Lawrence strongly believes that "Success is a Mind-set and anything can be achieved if you believe you can achieve it, and are willing to work hard enough to make it happen".

Lawrence puts his success down to hard work, determination, and an unwavering passion to help others within his organization to reach their full potential.
