We are so confident in the high standards of our company development programmes that we are prepared to reward people who meet criteria by arranging for them to be introduced to an independent government accredited and funded training organisation who will assess them in their daily roles to obtain nationally recognised diplomas and advanced diplomas in disciplines such as Customer service and Team Leadership.

These qualifications take anywhere from 6-12 months to complete and are valued at between £3500-£8000, paid for entirely by the government".
