The primary impact is an instant increase in brand awareness for the client due to the number of 'Human Commercials' that are being delivered. The secondary impact is the revenue generated from the newly acquired customers. Although these revenues vary from campaign to campaign studies have shown that in an average year each client representative will generate in excess of £350,000 for the clients through new customer spending.

No, there are no specific individual sales targets required. However, there are standards to aim for and criteria to be reached.

Yes. Each and every campaign is unique, having been individually tailored to meet the clients' needs, and therefore specific product training is provided for each campaign. We also have an internal programme known as the 'Cycle of Development' which is split into three main areas; sales skills, team leadership and business development. This is an ongoing programme in which each individual can progress at their own pace whilst receiving constant support and coaching from the team.
10. What opportunities does the organisation offer?
There are opportunities available at every level in our organisation from sales through to business ownership; ultimately it is the individual that decides how far they progress. There are no shortages of opportunities because the companies that we represent are constantly looking to increase their customer base. As a direct result of this we, as an organisation, constantly need to open new marketing companies to meet this demand. This demand will increase in the future as we represent new clients and expand into new countries.
